James Dinkel

James Dinkel is the president and CEO of Squadron Data and is considered one of the world’s foremost experts in big data, consulting for and implementing numerous multi-petabyte systems across at least 20 of the Fortune-100 companies. James has extensive experience in data lake platform administration, data warehousing, data engineering and data governance solutions. James possess deep technical expertise in Snowpark, Snowflake, HDP, CDP, hive, hbase, spark, HDFS, AWS, python and others; some of which he is considered one of the very best in North America. James has co-authored and patented several migration tools to migrate from one platform to another. James resides in Leawood, KS with his wife Michelle and four children Justin, Grace, Katie and Jack. The Dinkel’s are very active at St. Michael the Archangel catholic parish in Leawood, KS and all of their kids activities.
